This course is part of the AI-Augmented Skills Development pathway: a selected set of courses designed to strengthen the competencies of TVET actors, enabling them to design, deliver, and engage confidently and responsibly in AI-augmented education and training systems.
This online course strengthens the strategic capacities of TVET centre management teams and senior professionals to plan, steer, and transform TVET institutions through data-driven and AI-enabled approaches. Participants move beyond day-to-day administration to develop the skills required for strategic decision-making, performance management, and institutional leadership in increasingly complex skills systems.
A distinctive feature of the course is its focus on practical AI competence for TVET management. Participants will explore the potential of AI as a management support tool, that may support their ability to integrate AI tools in their work in an effective, ethical and context-appropriate way.
