This course is part of the AI-Augmented Skills Development pathway: a selected set of courses designed to strengthen the competencies of TVET actors, enabling them to design, deliver, and engage confidently and responsibly in AI-augmented education and training systems.
This online course strengthens the strategic capacities of TVET centre management teams and senior professionals to plan, steer, and transform TVET institutions through data-driven and AI-enabled approaches. Participants move beyond day-to-day administration to develop the skills required for strategic decision-making, performance management, and institutional leadership in increasingly complex skills systems.
A distinctive feature of the course is its focus on practical AI competence for TVET management. Participants will explore the potential of AI as a management support tool, that may support their ability to integrate AI tools in their work in an effective, ethical and context-appropriate way.
TVET centres are increasingly expected to deliver measurable results while operating with constrained resources and rising expectations from learners, employers, and governments. This course strengthens the capacity of centre directors and managers to lead strategically, optimise resources, and ensure quality provision through evidence-based management.
