This five-day residential programme at the ITCILO Campus in Turin is the intensive, face-to-face path to certification in conciliation/mediation of labour disputes. It combines Module 1 and Module 2 in a single week - allowing participants to build their knowledge and have their competencies formally assessed against the internationally recognised ITCILO Matrix of Competences, without the need to have previously completed the online Module 1 course. Please note that this course does not grant professional accreditation or imply any right to employment with a dispute resolution body. Places are limited to 18 participants to ensure the quality of coaching and individual tutor attention.
This course is designed for practitioners who prefer intensive face-to-face learning and wish to obtain both foundational knowledge and formal certification in conciliation/mediation within one week. The ITCILO Conciliation/Mediation Learning Path is a structured progression of courses designed to take practitioners from foundational knowledge to internationally recognised certification in labour dispute resolution.
