Training Approach

The training prioritizes experiential and behavioral learning through:

Forum Theatre is a participatory method where participants engage with staged scenarios and are invited to intervene, proposing alternative actions or dialogue to address the issues presented. This approach allows participants to explore multiple perspectives, rehearse effective responses, and co-create solutions in a safe, collaborative environment.

  • Pre-training survey to assess baseline knowledge.
