We provide institutional assessment of Employers and Business Membership Organizations (EBMO) by evaluating their structure, governance, effectiveness, and impact. The assessment identifies strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to enhance organizational efficiency and influence.
Members are the lifeblood of Employers and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs), serving as their most valuable assets by providing income, legitimacy, and representation. However, few organizations have a clear strategy or a professionalized structure in place to enhance membership retention and recruitment.
Our team guides EBMO management in setting objectives and developing a structured 2–3-year plan for membership growth and development.
Becoming a Board Member of an Employers’ and Business Membership Organization (EBMO) is a significant responsibility that requires strategic thinking, governance expertise, and a strong understanding of membership dynamics.
Through this brief, but structured learning experience, Board members will gain insights into governance best practices, membership growth strategies, and revenue-building approaches tailored to the needs of EBMOs. Our program encourages you to think outside the box, challenge existing practices, and enhance your leadership capabilities.
We provide policy advisory services to employers' organizations, helping them analyze regulatory changes, assess their impact on businesses, and develop effective advocacy strategies. Our expertise enables organizations to navigate complex policy environments, strengthen their influence, and shape business-friendly regulations. Through tailored guidance and data-driven insights, we support employers in fostering a better business environment.
The instructional design coaching programme is a customized coaching service designed to help Employers’ and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) maximize the potential of their online training platforms based on Moodle. The coaching supports EBMOs in creating, designing, and delivering high-quality online courses, ensuring that their digital training services are engaging, effective, and aligned with members’ needs.
The programme includes group learning sessions, where participants exchange experiences and gain knowledge on key instructional design principles, and individual coaching sessions, where each EBMO receives personalized guidance to develop a fully functional online course. By the end of the coaching programme, each EBMO will have designed and launched an online training course tailored to their target audience.
